Brook Street (UK) Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our Belfast-based client to secure candidates for full-time, permanent Customer Support Advisor vacancies.

Applicants for this role should have a passion for providing excellent customer service, you`ll enjoy working in a team environment, and you will enjoy answering customers` queries via inbound calls.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 6 months` experience providing service to clients or customers. This experience can be from a call centre or any other customer service environment e.g. retail, hospitality etc.

They only require a minimum of 6 months` customer service experience. this can be gained from retail or call center.

Candidates must be able to work 37.5 hours per week between 08:00 and 22:00, between Monday and Sunday.

The salary for this role is £17,076 per annum. There are other incentives and bonuses to be had.
