We are working with a local supplier based in the Halifax Area.
They are looking for a new Customer Support Advisor.
The working hours are 8-5 Monday to Friday with a 45 minute lunch break working 41.25 hours per week.
Starting salary of £20,000
The duties include:
Ensure all calls are taken and all emails are responded to:
-Log all details of enquiry
-For equipment enquires pass details to relevant parties
-For service enquiries confirm completion according to service level agreements
Follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow up all outstanding quotations
Record any and all customer complaints
Complete other duties when applicable
Customer Service experience in a sales lead role
5 GCSE`s including Maths and English
