Customer Support Advisor
37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays (one in five)
£8.91 per hour, rising to £9.21 after 12 weeks
Start dates throughout October
Work From Home initially before moving back to offices in Fleetwood
Ongoing temporary with a view to become permanent
Our large Public Sector client are currently recruiting for a number of advisors to work at their Award-Winning Customer Contact Centre based at Hesketh House in Fleetwood. They are an inbound Contact Centre and there are no sales or cold calling involved within this role.
There is an expectation to show empathy to our customers but at the same time be able to deal with some potentially challenging conversations.
These are temporary positions but with the view to make candidates permanent after an initial probation period, there are excellent opportunities for progression within the business through the Career Pathways development programme to develop into specialist, coaching or leadership roles.
They offer a comprehensive training and coaching based induction followed by a dedicated support environment which is ran by Academy and Quality Coaches.
