Our client based in Holywood has an opening for a Customer Support Advisor to join their friendly team
Our client will offer you part time or full time hours and are happy to work with you in regards to the hours that you can work.Typical shifts that would need covered are from 5pm to 9pm, 3pm to 7pm and the full time hours are 35 hours per week. Night shift is also available and a shift allowance will be paid on top of your hourly rate. The role is expected to last 3-6 months
In your new role you will be required to respond promptly to all calls made to the office, take appropriate action and ensure such action taken is fully documented. Maintain up-to-date records on all clients connected to the services and to retain as
confidential any information held regarding individual clients.
You are a good fit for this role if you have a minimum of one year's relevant experience of front-line customer service, a confident user with Microsoft. Excellent telephone communication skills and written skills and ability to plan and prioritise workload.
No GCSE`s are required for this role
You will be paid an hourly rate of £9.00 per hours for any day work that you carry out and will receive a 15% shift allowance for any night work that you carry out
