Customer Support Advisor
SALARY £21,294
Monday -Thursday: 8:30 -5:00pm Friday 8:30 - 4:00pm

DAY TO DAY DUTIES:
- Generate sales to achieve specified individual and team sales targets.
- Respond to customer queries relating to products and liaise with the Trading team as necessary.
- Answer to the customer's satisfaction any questions or queries as quickly and efficiently as possible, all queries to be responded to within one hour of receipt.
- Liaise with other departments and Management within the Company where necessary.
- Contact all first-time customers to build a good business relationship.
