Brook Street (UK) Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our Belfast-based client to recruit candidates for full-time, permanent Customer Support Advisor's
Applicants for this job should have a passion for providing excellent customer service and should enjoy working in a team environment, and you will enjoy answering customers` queries via inbound calls.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 6 months` experience providing customers service, this can come from a call centre environment and our client is also considering those candidates who have provided customer service in other industries e.g. retail, hospitality etc.
Candidates must be able to work 37.5 hours per week between 0800 and 2200, between Monday and Sunday.
The candidates who are successful at interview for these vacancies should be PC Literate and have excellent communication skills, and a real passion for providing customers with great customer service.
It is essential that all candidates are able to pass a light financial check- not a full credit check, the client is only rejecting those with County Court Judgements or extremely bad credit histories.
The salary for this role is £17,550 per annum.
