Customer Support Advisor - Brighton

£21,000 - £28,000 per annum

Can you demonstrate excellent customer service? If the answer is YES, then look no further….

You will need to..

  • Have good MS office skills, plus the ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload to meet customer expectations whilst ensuring you respond to them within agreed service levels
  • Be a brilliant relationship builder who can communicate with a variety of people verbally and written.
  • Can handle challenging situations show patience and reassurance.
  • Be an expert in both policy and process requirements
  • Excellent organisation and be a team player.
  • Helping customers with every aspect of their call.

Experience needed:

Previous customer service or claims handling experience

  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to work part of team
  • Computer literate.
  • Can work in fast paced environments.
