Our client has advised us that the roles are temporary with the likely hood of a permanent role and progression within the team. Our client has saw some excellent success stories from those who have demonstrated an excellent work ethic and positive "can do" attitude
Your role will be to answer incoming calls in a polite and professional manner and assist customers with their enquiries. You will respond to customers via email and telephone. You will receive excellent training and on the job training and have support at all times. Our client has useful tools for you to access to support you on your journey.
Ideally, we would prefer CV's that show telephony experience, however, if you are from the retail sector or hospitality and are not cautious of answering calls, this role is for you.
No GCSE's are required for this role, but we would require the successful applicant to be fully flexible with hours. Your role will require you to work 5 out of 7 days and you will work one weekend (Saturday one week, Sunday the following) each week and a day of mid week. The hours of work are 0600 to 1440 and will rotate to 1400 hours to 1040pm on a weekly basis
You will be paid an hourly rate of £10.96 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
