Brook Street are recruiting on behalf of an internationally renowned automotive company for x3 customer service advisors to join their fleet department on a short term temporary contract starting in early February until the end of May.
Located just outside of Coventry City centre, you will be working in my clients state of the art UK head office which has excellent public transport links and free on site car parking.
The role will entail making outbound calls to fleet customer that are approaching the end of their lease period to update their car details and determine what they are planning on doing with their current car. Once this has been found out, you will then pass the customer on to the relevant team to take the appropriate action. The role will also involve a degree of administration as internal systems will need to be constantly update.
To be considered for these roles you must have an excellent phone manner and confident making outbound calls, ideally you will have some sort of customer service experience but personality is key to this client. Any candidate that mas previous automotive experience will be looked upon preferably.
Working hours are 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday with a 30 minute lunch break, the hourly rate of pay is £9.85.
