This is a household name based in Watford looking to increase their current team of Customer Support Agents. Initially this will be a 12 week temporary booking with the potential of a permanent job being offered. Working within a specialised team within the business handling inbound calls providing 2nd line support to customers in a fast paced and lively environment.
You would be talking to customers about system issues providing problem solving and hoping to prevent onsite intervention being needed. You will also be in contact with engineers to discuss issues and coordinate additional support.
We are looking for the following skills:
" Strong Customer Service with problem solving skills
" IT Literate
" Excellent understanding of technology
" Able to pick up new processes quickly
Paid training will be for 2 weeks from 5th August (working hours to be confirmed).
Once trained you will work 5 days a week, completing a 7.5 hour day between 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm. Weekends are worked on a rota basis usually 1 in 4.
