Then look no further! An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Advisor within a dynamic and friendly team. Our client is a blue-chip company who operate nationally and have excellent incentives in place for their employee`s.
As a front end advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all enquires and orders relating to the companies range of products. Providing outstanding customer service and retaining product information is essential. Being at the heart of the office its your job to Promote, Protect, Develop and extend the business.
To be successful you:
- Will be able to retain product information and accuracy when ordering products.
- Will have excellent communication skills and liaise with the sales team.
- Will have a confident telephone manner with excellent customer service skills
- Will ideally come from within a customer service environment, keeping up to date with complaint and service procedures.
Salary: £18,000 + 2K annual bonus
Hours: 8.45am -5:15 pm Monday- Friday
