Due to extensive success and growth they are looking to recruit several Customer Support Analysts into their busy team.
Working on a rotational shift basis (7am-4pm, 9am-6pm, 1pm-10pm) you will be supporting business customers with a variety of enquiries in relation to cloud based technical support. This will include:
- Helping customers navigate their way around the website
- Understanding customers IT setups using screen sharing tools to streamline their experience
- Ensuring every customer is treated as a VIP
- Making sure all customer contacts are responded to quickly and efficiently
- Assessing customer requirements and feeding this into the product team
