Do you have strong customer service experience in an office environment?

We are currently recruiting for an Emergency Assistance Coordinator to join our client`s Emergency Assistance (outbound) team to provide medical emergency and repatriation services to travellers worldwide who suffer injury, sickness or death whilst abroad.

You will be on a revolving shift pattern (including some nights, weekends and public holidays). The co-coordinators role is to handle requests for assistance, obtaining case details and liaising with the in-house medical team and insurers to identify and provide the appropriate response to emergencies.

The successful candidate would ideally speak a second language (not essential), will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have a good telephone manner.

Salary: £19,000 - £20,000
Hours: 40 hours per week (3 week rota) - 8 hours per day between the hours of 8am-8pm - including bank holidays and weekends
