We are currently recruiting for an Emergency Assistance Coordinator to join our client`s Emergency Assistance (outbound) team to provide medical emergency and repatriation services to travellers worldwide who suffer injury, sickness or death whilst abroad.
You will be on a revolving shift pattern (including some nights, weekends and public holidays). The co-ordinators role is to handle requests for assistance, obtaining case details and liaising with the in-house medical team and insurers to identify and provide the appropriate response to emergencies.
The successful candidate would ideally speak a second language (not essential), will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have a good telephone manner.
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000
Hours: 4 days on and 4 days off - 12 hours shifts (7am-7pm) (8am-8pm) (9am-9pm)
