My client is a global communications organisation that offer excellent training and development opportunities, providing a supportive working environment in modern, open plan offices. They are currently seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Working as part of a dynamic multilingual team, you will deliver exceptional service and support to world-wide clients, delivering customer requirements in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction is continually improved.
You will aim to support the Service Delivery core areas communicating and consulting with customers via various methods (email, phone & social media) to identify their conferencing requirements and booking these into the Reservations system. You will deliver high profile / VIP events for Global Enterprise Companies and ensure the smooth and seamless running of all events and bookings.
You will be fluent in both German and English and ideally have experience of working in a customer focus role. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle a busy and varied workload, remaining calm under pressure.
The department work between 6am - 8pm Monday - Friday and there are flexibility and rotations in place for which hours are worked over the 5 days.
A written language assessment will be run for each candidate prior to submission to my client for review. Any selected candidates will then need to complete a verbal language assessment prior to offers being made.
In return for all the above, plus your German language skills, you will be rewarded with a salary of £19,500 plus additional company benefits. If you have the ability to speak any other language and pass the appropriate language assessment, your salary will increase to £20,500.
