My prestigious client based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire are looking to recruit a customer support candidate..

This is a great opportunity to join a well established company with 150 years experience in selling specialised Security devises.

Day to day you will be handling customer enquiries mostly over the phone, processing customer orders, carrying returns, investigating credit and invoice queries and creating customer accounts.

The ideal candidate for this role will be friendly, able to work under pressure and be a quick learner.

We are looking for applicants with; administration, data entry input, sales order processing, high volume calls, customer relations background.

This role is paying £21K dependent on experience.
Free car parking ,20 days holiday rising one day per year to 25. Health cover. Employer contributes 5% into pension. Life cover. Sick pay after qualifying period.
