Are you looking for a new opportunity? My client is looking for someone for their Customer Service Team as a Support Executive. You must have experience in a customer-focused role, and ability to manage own workload with experience in problem solving.
You will be working in the Service and Supplier section of the business, and are expected to be a good communicator - both written and oral, excellent planning skills, team player, be commercially aware and computer literate, and used to planning and negotiating as well as handling and resolving complaints.
The job is based in St Albans and they are a very well-established IT solutions business. The offices are modern and clean and the people there are very friendly.
This is a full-time position - Monday-Friday 9:00 -17:30
Salary: 20'000 - 23'000 per annum (depending on experience)

Managing customer and supplier returns processes to provide a best in class aftercare service.
