Job Description

Brook Street have the pleasure of representing a fantastic client in Peterborough.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our client's enthusiastic team. The right candidate needs to ensure the highest standards of customer service is consistently delivered, you are people focused, committed and have a positive attitude.

Our client is looking for an individual with a creative mindset, who want's to move forward with the business and have ambitions for success! This is a great opportunity!!

Hours

Monday to Friday - 9am til 5:30pm

Salary: £24,000-£26,000

Interview's being held Thursday 6th June!

Start Date ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with portfolio of customers
  • Ensure products are delivered on time and monitor for successful delivery
  • Checking in with customers to make sure they are happy with product and service
  • Liaise with production team to help resolve any issues customers are experiencing
  • Assisting new customers with account application forms and payment terms
  • Credit checking and monitoring customer accounts
  • Inputting call information onto the company system
  • General admin duties such as emailing, data entry, filing
