Brook Street (UK) Limited is currently recruiting a new Customer Support Manager for our client located in East Belfast,

The role is an office base customer service position which requires the candidate hired to have strong communication skills - written and oral and have the ability to multi-task.

Duties / Responsibilities

* Taking customer orders via telephone and email, communicating courteously at all times
* Managing existing customer accounts and customer database
* Stock control of products
* Management of Excel database
* Investigating and solving customer's problems as required
* Issuing refunds or compensation to customers as required
* Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
* Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organisation or department
* Learning about your organisation's products or services and keeping up to date with changes

Working in a fast-paced office environment , this is a fantastic opportunity to join a unique and dynamic team, the starting salary will depend on your background between £17,500 - £19,000

It is absolutely essential that applicants have strong experience with using Microsoft Excel.
