Customer Support Manager

My client is offering a fantastic opportunity on a fixed term contract for 9 months. You will be joining a stable established business who have over 40 years experience in their field.
Salary £ 21,000 -£22,848pa annual equivalent salary
The Person:
Excellent knowledge of Excel with the ability to produce formulas
Confident communicator able to present to both internal & external clients
Excellent communicator both written & orally
Good time management skills
Able to demonstrate good solid admin skills
Detail orientated
Car driver
The Role:
You will provide pivotal support to the Account Managers
You will receive details of new product lines and liaise with manufacturing sites regarding the product specifications and lead times.
You will be validating product samples to ensure that they meet relevant specifications and updating relevant data management systems.
You may attend client visits to support the Account Managers to discuss gap analysis with client.
This position is an admin-based role.
