Job Description
Amazing opportunity to join a well-established company in Coventry as a Customer Support Manager! You must have previous experience managing people within customer support.
Monday to Friday (Office based)
Up to £40,000 DOE
26 days annual leave including a day off for your birthday and bank holidays
Parking on site
Main Duties;
o Engage and inspire those you lead to achieve their goals
o Responsible for leading the Customer Support Team UK & EU (18 people, 1 team leader)
o Be an influential coach, mentor and help drive the development of those around you
o Understand people and can effectively manage expectations
o Provide help and advice to customers
o Be committed to delivering exceptional customer service
o Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
o Creating and implementing monthly reports and providing KPI's analysing the customer service levels we provide
o Ensuring that all staff always stay at the correct level of training and be part of that process
o Continuously assess our processes and potential improvements
o Able to implement efficiency projects within customer support and support the rest of the business with larger cross-departmental projects
o Collaborate with other areas of the business to assist in ensuring our customers receive the best customer experience possible
o Utilising excel to collate customer data for analysis
Person Specification;
" Previous experience managing people within customer service (2+ years)
" Strong IT skills
" Proficient with Microsoft packages including Excel
" Able to coach and mentor people
" Able to build relationships with people internally and externally
