Customer Support Manager
9 month - Fixed Term Contract
£21,000 - £22,800 Annual equivalent salary
Free parking available

The Person:
" A team player
" Experienced in product development
" Confident communicator
" Excellent presentation skills with strong ability to present to internal and external parties
" Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment

The Role:
" Working with the Commercial Team to ensure Targets and Sales plans are achieved with the utilisation of marketing strategies and product development
" Responsible for producing and presenting customer insight information
" Utilising data analysis to implement strategies and product development
" Evaluate and launch of customer products
" Manage customer complaints including plans to reduce key complaint areas
" Develop and prepare presentations for customer / product meeting / trade fairs
" Actively participate with the customer tender process with the sales teams
" Support customer audits and lead the delivery of all follow up actions

Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.00pm 1hr lunch
9 Month Fixed term contract
