Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a fantastic company who are going through a period of expansion.

Location: Either hybrid working, 1 day in the week working within the office based local to one of the following locations - Tunbridge Wells, Cannock or Edinburgh or fully remote if you are not local to these locations.

Hours: 40 hours per week, the company is flexible you can either work 8.30am-5.30pm/ 9am-6pm Monday - Friday or alternatively if you would prefer to start work later and finish later or start earlier and finish earlier that is also an option. The company are also flexible if you would like to work at the weekend with 2 days off during the week.

You will ideally have mobile telecoms experience/ telecoms experience or similar or strong customer services experience, be able to follow a process with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy and be able to communicate with customers over the phone and via webchat where required.
This is a customer service based position where you will be required to provide 1st line support to the customer via a ticketing system. Full on the job training will be given.
