Are you looking for a ongoing temp role up until xmas?

I have a great opportunity working for a student letting company based in Central Southampton.

They're looking for an Accompanied Viewer to carry out viewings on student properties for their busy rental period. You will need to be flexible, organised and most of all friendly. The position would suit a recent University graduate with experience of renting a shared student property and someone with good knowledge of the Southampton area.


Your main role will involve meeting with a group of students at a pre-arranged time and location, showing them around 3 or 4 properties within an hour and answering any questions they may have about the properties, our company and the rental process.


The position is for a period of approximately 5-6 weeks from:


Wednesday 6th November to Friday 13th December 2018


Including some Saturdays


The hours are 11am to 7pm.


The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications and experience:


Full and clean driving licence


University graduate


Experience of renting shared student accommodation in the private sector


Good knowledge of the Southampton area


Previous experience of conducting viewings
