Brook Street are currently working with our Belfast client to recruit a Danish speaking customer service agent who will work in our clients call centre and engage with customers to provide responses and identify issue resolutions in a professional conversational style fitting with the Social Media environment.

Candidates should have previous customer service experience; this can be from a call centre or a retail background
Successful candidates will be fluent in Danish both oral and written and you will also have strong customer focus and technical awareness, with an ability to use online resources and templates to compose and tailor their own responses to meet with customers` individual needs
* Candidates should have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Gained a minimum of 6 months experience within a Customer Service environment
* Have experience with Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter etc
* Ability to multitask, plan and prioritise workload, and work on their own accord.
* Demonstrates problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Have good objective handling skills and have the ability to deal with escalations and customer complaints
* Adaptable in communication style depending on customer.
Salary will start on £17,680
