Brook Street is happy to be recruiting a temporary/part-time Administrator/Data Entry role for a local manufacturing client of ours.
Brook Street`s client is a small manufacturing company that supplies technical instruments to the military, aerospace and medical research fields. You will work along side the Financial Supervisor for a period of 6 weeks in order to cover sick leave. There is a possibility that the duration will be extended if necessary.
Your duties will include:
Entering supplier on Sage within the due period allowing prompt and accurate payments to suppliers that comply with agreed payment terms. General filing/administration and taking client phone calls. Some expediting of collections by logistics companies.
Strong attention to detail and precision.
Experience in Sage is desirable but not 100% necessary.
Ability to work well with others as part of a small team.
MS Office knowledge and warm friendly demeanour is also a plus.
Working hours will be Tuesday-Friday 24 hours per week for a 6 week period. The working hours would be 9:30 to 15:30. There is a possibility of extension.
Pay will be £9 per hour.
