Hours: Monday - Friday (Full Time hours, 37.5 hours)
Pay: £12.74
Contract: Temporary (3-6 months)

The Workflow Management Team are responsible for the portfolio management of new work requests made to Core Infrastructure Services.

The successful post holder would support the team by helping to manage new work requests and triage new projects. Projects would be captured in Jira with the successful post holder tracking through to completion to ensure projects are kept in motion.

The Workflow Management team proactively monitor the progress of projects within Jira and engage with technical teams to ensure delivery and provide management reporting. They are the main point of contact for technically related Jira questions and provide the Jira administration function for Core Infrastructure Services, including the resolution of user problems and delivery of enhancements.

Essential

Significant experience of Jira administration and developing customised reports.

Significant experience of following Release, Change, Configuration and Project management processes.

Significant experience of working within a support environment, preferably to 2nd line or above.

Significant experience in technical support and infrastructure, with knowledge of the following:

Server support

Application support

Reporting

Experience of proactively monitoring across enterprise services to ensure appropriate Service Levels are maintained and producing reports for KPI information.
