Our client who are a multi-award winning, forward thinking company with many prestigious brands in its portfolio including are looking for an Administrator to work alongside their friendly, product spec manager.
You will be working within the marketing team to assist the department in all aspects of administration and day to day product support along with asset management in the Database.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate all departmental travel arrangements, holiday forms buffets diaries documents for Sales Achievable etc.
Co-ordinate International samples, images and presentations.
Manage the International asset tracker
Support exhibition setup and administration.
Distribute copy text to customers
Manage and distribute the media plans, channel and dates
Support the production of sales figure data
Raise all the departmental PO's
PA duty to department head
Provide Administration for the Sales/Marketing database
Knowledge and Skills required:
2-3 years office experience
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft packages -Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently from a brief
Ability to work in a team
Excellent communication, and personable
This role is office based, Monday to Friday with flexible working hours.
