We are currently recruiting for a Band 4, Data and Individual Learner Record Compliance Officer, to join a busy trust co-ordinating their apprenticeship learning data processes.
In this role, you will be working remotely but you will be required to travel to another site in Bolton, 1 day a week / every 2 weeks, to help with learner sign ups.
Hours are: 09:00 - 17:00 but there is flexibility, e.g. 08:00 - 16:00 / 10:00 - 18:00
£11.56 per hour
To start in October, until June 2022!
Driving Licence would be beneficial to travel between sites.
Duties will include:
" Support the work of the Trust's Education & Learning Teams
" Ensuring the provision of accurate and timely information
" Analysis of performance relating to funding, standards and compliance of apprenticeships for employer-providers
" Co-ordinate management information, individual learning records and funding systems
You must be educated to 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including Mathematics and English.
The ideal candidate must have extensive and demonstrable administration experience. Ideally, the candidate will have developed experience in managing the Education & Skills Funding Agency data systems, as well as other related systems (such as Maytas or similar). However, this is not essential as full training will be provided.
