Brook Street are looking for a data care assistant to join our market leading client, working within the Data Care team, who deliver data remediation projects and activities to internal customers.

Duties:

Remediate data where issues have been identified.

Work autonomously on basic data maintenance such as correcting entries in databases.

Proactively identify and feedback any process improvements, contributing to the efficient and effect running of team.

Assist with planning and approach to data remediation activities, helping to ensure plans are achievable practically and technically in order to meet the needs of internal stakeholders.

Carry out peer checks on remediation work carried out by others in the team, documenting outcomes and feeding into action plans as required, to help ensure data care work is accurate and of a high standard.

Deliver short term / one-off projects and activities as required by and to the standards and outcomes agreed with Line Manager.

Preferred:

Degree level or equivalent.

Working knowledge of iFaces, CRM and MDM systems.

Basic experience of process improvement.

Essential:

Basic experience in data management.

Microsoft Office suite skills, including Dynamics.

Good communication skills.
