Job Description

We are recruiting for an Administrator for a well established client within the Finance Sector in London on a temporary basis for 1 week.

This is a 1 week assignment starting ASAP.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
Location: Birmingham
Pay: £10.25 - £12.82

THE JOB PURPOSE

Undertake a wide range of administrative and office support activities to support a team or department. Mainly Data Entry.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data Entry
  • Day to Day Administration duties

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Relevant experience in a similar office environment
  • A good standard of literacy and numeracy equivalent to GCSE English and Maths.
  • IT skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to demonstrate an organised approach to work and ability to prioritise different tasks.
  • Ability and aptitude to learn new skills quickly.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
