This is a temporary to permanent role and you will be responsible for receiving donations and entering the information on to a computer system.
The main function of the role is to support with the admin workload, entering donations onto the system and liaising with people making donations and dealing with any queries as they arise.
Creating and maintaining supporter records on their in house system. Entering supporter income donations and finance teams with queries about donations. Logging cheques which come in and batching them in preparation for entering onto the inhouse system.
Candidate needs to have excellent attention to detail, accurate data entry, be good with numbers, self driven with the ability to work with minimal supervision and a strong appreciation of the confidentiality needed in handling confidential information.
