Job Description

A new, exciting opportunity has become available to work for a Government body as a Data Entry Clerk. This role will be working from home, Monday - Friday, 9-5, 37 hours per week, and paying £13.74 an hour. Currently this assignment is running until at least March 2022.

Roles and responsibilities will include:
- To manage change of hierarchies on the HR system for temp workers
- To upload worker's details onto the HR system and update a New Vacancy Tracker
- Amending contract end dates in line with extensions
- Ensuring all checks undertaken by suppliers are accurate
- To manage a team inbox
- Participate in HR meetings
- TO manage data in a GDPR compliant manner
- Recording, reporting and communicating activity
- Offer customer support, answer queries and advice to Hiring Managers
- Be conduit between hiring managers and suppliers
- Maintaining accurate and shareable secure files

Essential criteria:
- Ability to work at pace
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent communication
