Job Description

A new opportunity as become available to work for a Government body as a Data Management Support Officer. The role is a temporary position, running up until the end of April 2022. It will be working from home, Monday - Friday, 9-5. The pay rate starts at £17.20 an hour, and will increase to £19.25 an hour after 12 weeks.

Role duties:

Support the e-portfolio team with the data management and implementation tasks.

Support the team to ensure that the portfolio of tasks/projects is planned, managed and delivered effectively.

Support and inform the targeting of resources, monitoring, implementation and evaluation of the tasks/projects by providing high quality support including complex information and analysis, communications and stakeholder management

Ensure accurate and open communication and co-ordination with a range of organisations and individuals, researching and drafting correspondence and papers and ensuring the management of specific tasks, lead reporting and analysis across a range of specialties, functions and projects

Key member of the team as well as supporting effective communication and stakeholder management, both internally and externally

Experience required:
" Experience in data management and analytics.
" Further training or significant experience in project management, financial management or supporting change management processes
" Experience in communications and stakeholder management
" Experience of drafting briefing papers
" Experience of agenda building and providing structure to internal meetings
" Strong working knowledge of maintaining confidentiality and implementing data protection legislation requirements including information governance
" Comprehensive knowledge of project management and/or health information systems development
" Workforce development knowledge and experience
" Working knowledge of Microsoft Project or other project management software
" Experience of taking information from a number of sources and provide analysis, summary and options within detailed report information
" Experience and understanding of evaluating and measuring performance
" Experience of managing a small team
" Working knowledge of professionalism
" Appreciation of the value of leadership and leadership skills
