Our Government client is looking to recruit for a unique exciting opportunity to join their operations team as a Data Officer. Our client is based in Marston Green, very close to the airport and Birmingham International train station. The site also has good road links to Birmingham and the wider area.
The role will require you to provide support and the delivery of two national databases to both external and internal stakeholders, in line with business needs and standards. You will be responsible for performing initial data processing operations to ensure they are delivered in accordance with quality and risk management requirements. It is important that the database integrity is promoted and maintained and it will be your responsibility to work closely with stakeholders to look at ways in which data retention and processes can be improved.
The service is a 24/7 service with the operations team needing to support key opening hours of 7.30am to 19.00pm, this would require weekend work from 10.00 to 16.00pm, however this would be part of an 8 week rolling roster.
The successful candidate will have:-
" Strong customer focus, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
" Experience of understanding and managing data integrity
" Experience in data analysis and identification of trends
" You must also have strong general administration skills and Microsoft Office skills
This is a full time temporary and ongoing role and our client will be paying £7.98 per hour for the first 12 consecutive weeks then rising to £10.60 per hour.
