Data Processor

Job Description

The Temporary Worker will join the Capital Programme Management Team to provide a range of data processing support activities relating to our Asset Maintenance and Capital Delivery Programmes. The role is vital to support the delivery of over £6M of maintenance activities and over £20M of capital works.

Examples of duties will include:

- Entering and verifying a variety of data in appropriate formats

- Maintaining monthly reporting tools (Excel and online databases) to monitor the progress of projects and programmes

- Tracking and verifying quality of data entry from all sources

- Resolving problems with data

- Extracting data from reporting systems and processing information into visual reporting tools

Typical qualifications and experience:

- 2+ years relevant experience in any of the following:

- working with information and data

- understanding trends

- using generic reporting systems

- knowledge of programmes of work, or general maintenance activities

- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Excel

- Filtering of datasets, use of formulas, use of tables,

- useful but not critical: Knowledge of Macros, data mapping.

- Must be proficient at using Microsoft Word to update and edit reporting documents
