Job Description

Brook Street are looking for a new Data Quality Administrator to join our public sector client in this Working From Home position where you'll be providing essential support to the Local Land Charges (LLC) quality assurance or SPI team.

In this role you will be performing a range of predefined quality assurance tests against textual and spatial data sets at a variety of key check points, both during and after digitisation, transformation and migration of the Local Authority data into the clients central register.

You will be responsible for quickly and accurately assessing compliance of the submitted data by carrying out semi-automated and manual assessments, to identify gaps, errors and irregularities.

You will take responsibility for confirming the data has achieved the required quality standard for each specific test, and/or identifying specific areas where data may be missing, re-work, cleanse or additional capture is required.

You will record outputs from the quality assessments to enable holistic evaluation of the accuracy, completeness and conformance of the supplied data.

Your duties:

  • Examine extracts from textual and spatial data sets to validate conformance and consistency against pre-defined criteria.
  • Replicate pre-existing search results using the HMLR LLC Register and ensure outcomes are consistent and/or identify variations
  • Quickly and accurately identify all instances of non-conformance in the data.
  • Document the outcomes of all quality assurance tests and maintain online dashboards to record the volumes of data tested, the accuracy achieved and give a justification for all non-compliant items.
  • Confidently make succinct referrals where appropriate to ensure an accurate evaluation is achieved.
  • Other duties as required

Following a successful interview, DBS check and 3 years referencing you will be working 37 hours a week Monday to Friday at £11.72 per hour.
