We are supporting a specialist Car Leasing company with their recruitment of a Pricing Analyst to help set the sell-on prices of returned lease cars for their vehicle re-marketing website for a 6 month FTC



They are looking for candidates who have good experience of working with large data sets to analyse and then give advice on setting prices



Your main duties will include



Monitor and review the performance of models being sold on their website daily, ensuring best value is achieved
Be responsible for the accurate setting and maintenance of all pricing on the site, ensuring strict adherence to governance
Provide clear, insightful rationale for your pricing decision making
Question and debate price changes within the team
Develop and maintain excellent vehicle and market knowledge in support of pricing decisions
Present at the weekly Price Review Group , driving all price change proposals with evidence and reasoned argument


This is a very interesting time to be involved in this area as due to Covid and the lack of new cars on the market - the cost of 2nd hand cars is at an all time high and the prices are changing regularly.



You do not need previous experience in the automotive industry though it would be a great asset!



This is a very URGENT requirement and they would prefer applicants with little or no notice period ideally



Annual salary upto £35000
