Do you have experience in looking after adults with Autism and enjoy managing a team?

I am currently working closely with a well established company who are looking for a confident and professional individual to join their team. You will manage and monitor both the employees and service users so they get the best out of their time there.

To be considered for interview you will have NVQ 4 in management or equivalent or willingness to work towards this. You will have at least two years experience with working with adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism and at least 2 years experience in a relevant management or supervisory role.

You must also have knowledge of CQC and willingness to attain registered manager status.
