Full time 37.5hrs a week

If you have 2 or more years' experience in working in the health and social care sector, particularly with disabilities this could be the perfect role for you!

We are recruiting for a day services officer. You will be responsible for the effective running of the day services including activities, service users and support workers alike. So if you have managed staff, rotas and service users including writing and implementing care plans- we want to hear from you!
You will be proactive and positive and always looking to motivate staff to develop themselves and make a positive contribution to the service. The ideal candidate will have 2 years health and social care experience, particularly in physical disabilities, have or be willing to work towards a level 4 in health and social care and have a clean and valid driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
You will have experience in managing support workers, rotas and managing a service. You will also have prior knowledge of safeguarding and QCQ regulations and will work effectively within these guidelines.

You will be an excellent communicator, flexible and approachable and a great problem solver. You will also need to be positive, want to develop yourself and always look to see other reach their potential.
