Role - Day shift - Administrator
Hours - 07:00 am - 15:30 pm
Monday to Friday
Location - HU12
Salary - £8.50 per hour with £9.40 overtime

An exciting new opportunity is available with a very prestige client of ours; the role is for an Administrator to join the busy team in Preston, Hull.

Please see below the main duties involved;

Main duties include:

" General administration duties
" Providing accurate notes for the Despatch department
" Maintain the loading of orders on to FOPS ensuring that all information is kept up to date.
" Check all documents to ensure all information is correct before processing
" Provide Clerical support to Senior Despatch Manager.
" Update and maintain the booking spreadsheet.
" Develop communication with sales and production personnel across the site ensuring clear channels of communication and sharing of appropriate information.
" Cross checking weight sheets to ensure all details are correct.
" Answer incoming calls and deal with any queries in the absence of the Senior Despatch Manager.

Key skills:

" Use of Excel and Microsoft packages
" Work well in a team environment
" Good eye to detail
" Good IT skills


Experience required;

" Previous administration experience
" Previous despatch experience would be beneficial but not essential
