Job Description

My client is currently looking for 2 staff to join their team on a temporary basis for 6 months at their offices in Cheadle on a full time basis working 37 hours per week.

Duties include
Dealing with incoming mail and sending to each department
Assisting the transaction team for processing
Scanning bar-codes and processed within the required time-frame
Ensuring manual payslips and dispatching them within the allocated time-frame
Updating personnel files in an accurate and timely manner
Ensure outgoing post is dealt with

This role would suit someone with a post room background, however an admin background would be advantageous
