Job Description

My client for 6 people to work in their department at their offices in Cheadle, on a 6 month contract on a full time basis.

Duties include
Answer any incoming queries in a timely manner
Log and update queries from customers on an internal system
Proactively recommend and information the customer about features and benefits of self-service
Undertake training and up-skilling to support the changing business requirements.
Support the Operational Team Leader and manager in overall service delivery.
Ability to process high volumes without compromising quality
Be an excellent communicator with a high standard of customer service skills.
