Defendant Personal Injury Barrister - paying £40,000-£55,000

I am working with my client based in Central London to fill a Defendant Personal Injury Barrister vacancy. They are a creative team looking to expand and continue their work on a global scale.

To be considered you must have the following:
-3+ years PQE and practising as a Barrister
-Exposure to Claimant and Defendant work
-Knowledge of Employers and Public Liability and Road Traffic Accident claims
-Can deal with claims through the claims (MOJ) Portal

The Role:
-Handling your own caseloads and clients
-Supervise staff members in your department
-Deal with all aspects of PI files
-Preparing briefs to counsel and handling correspondence
-Prepare for trails, hearings and closings
-Conduct legal research
-Drafting legal documents
-Taking witness statements
-Carrying out admin duties like billing, invoicing, compile litigation bundles
-Network with clients
-Assist during trials by taking notes, preparing files and reading transcripts

Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30
Salary: £40,000-£55,000
