Job Description
We have an opportunity for a Delivery Support Administrator role to join our client NHS Digital. This is a temporary role until September 2022 but will most likely be extended beyond this & will start ASAP
If you have a strong admin background and enjoy a role with a variety of tasks, then this may be the opportunity for you
- Location: Working from home with the option to return to the office if you wanted too (Leeds city centre)
- Hours: Monday- Friday 37.5 hours a week - 9-5 - can be flexible if you want to fit in the school run etc
- Assignment length: Until September 2022 (may be extended subject to business requirements)
- Salary: £13.12 (£25,584 annually)

The Delivery Support Administrator will be apart of the Primary IT Care team who aspire to bring in new/old suppliers who provide new IT systems to help assist general practise
About this role:
The purpose of the Delivery Support Administrator role is to provide efficient and effective administrative support across 3 functions of the Primary IT care team
Duties include but are not restricted too:
- Coordinating activities from a team mailbox
- Resolving day to day problems
- Organising meetings
- Receipting & organising invoices
- General house-keeping admin
- Setting up of events & meetings
- Stakeholder engagements
- Inform colleagues of upcoming events that are happening and ensuring they are aware of said events
- Managing spreadsheets
- Issuing risk management reports
Desired Skills and experience:
- Able to Communicate well within a large team - you may be giving orders to the team and asking them to complete tasks
- Able to organise and prioritise workload - understand what requires completing and when
- Be flexible and able to work from task to task
- Take ownership of duties
- Time management is essential
- Able to escalate appropriately
- Although supervision is available there is an expectation that you will be able to work unsupervised and make decisions without supervision
Overall, this role is for a candidate who has a strong administration background, who is confident dealing with a variety of stakeholders and is a great team player
