Admin Officer

Location: Sleaford - Fully Office Based
Salary: £12.50 An Hour
Working hours: FULL TIME: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5PM and on Fridays 8am - 1pm Job Title - Dental Receptionist

Our Client situated in Sleaford are looking for a Dental Assistant to join their team on a Full Time Temporary basis. As a vital member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless running of the general organisation. This is a Temporary position, however, is very likely to be extended.

Key Responsibilities:

• " Booking dental appointments in person and via the telephone
• " Dealing with patients who require dental emergency appointments
• " Dealing with general dental enquires including the booking and cancelling of appointments
• " Taking Inbound and Outbound Calls

Requirements:

• " Previous experience in Administration
• " Fluent in Microsoft platforms and previous experience managing an inbox.
• " Exceptional communication skills
• " Good communication skills
• " The ability to multitask
• " Good computer skills overall
• " Ability to Manage high case load
• " Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• " Good attention to detail
• " Exceptional Organisational skills
