Job Title - Department / Division Manager
Location - Based on the out skirts of Doncaster with beautiful surrounds, my client operates from modern, purpose-built offices.

Who you will be working for?

A diverse and growing business in an evolutionary market sector (Waste & Recycling UK Wide) My client is a market leader in waste management and recycling solutions, providing bespoke and tailored services to meet increasing demands for local, regional, national businesses and soon the international market.

Based just outside Doncaster set back off the main road my client operates from modern farmhouse styled office buildings surrounded by beautiful greenery.

Although employing over 100 staff they still manage to keep a family atmosphere within the business. This is very much a company that not only respects their employees but also loves to see them grow both personally and professionally.

The Role

Working closely with the Sales Director you will be responsible for managing my client's successful sales teams.

" Duties will include
" Managing the day to day sales operation delivering sales and service led KPIs
" Building and delivering achievable sales strategies and growth culture while ensuring the strategy fits my clients overall goals.
" Lead by example in growth culture by demonstrating own commitment to personal development
" Support, coach, and motivate the sales teams with an aim to build on performance.
" Recruit and inspire individuals that will fit within the company ethos.

What the client is looking for

My client is looking for a trustworthy; genuine individual that has the ability to connect with individuals of all levels from corporate CEO's to decision makers within small family owned businesses. This also extends to your staff and being able to understand and inspire people with different outlooks and backgrounds.

My client is not necessarily looking for a candidate with a long history in Sales but would prefer a People manager with a mix of both customer service and sales experience that's driven by responsibility and is a strong decision maker.

You must be able to show competence using Microsoft products including PowerPoint, Excel and have the confidence to present plans to your teams or at board level putting new ideas forward. Be flexible in business changes and adaptable to market trends along with strong attention to detail.
