We are seeking an enthusiastic Departmental Administrator to join this professional services team supporting 2 departmental heads- one who is the link between staff and HR and the other one in finance. They are part of a well known and established educational institution in London based across three Campuses, but mainly based in London Bridge.
This post will work closely with the two department heads as well as with staff and students-not with the general public!
Each manager has their own areas of responsibility -so you will cover HR administration as well as some finance administration. In addition there will be some PA support in terms of travel and diary management.
The post is responsible for a variety of tasks and the successful candidate must be:
-versatile and adaptable, with the capacity to deal with competing requests and priorities, for action;
-approachable and confident in liaising with colleagues and with external partners to ensure a smooth exchange of information and collaboration to meet deadlines.
You should have good Excel skills with an eye for detail.
