An exciting deputy manager role has become available within a stunning, modern care home in Burton On Trent, Staffordshire.
Working closely with a skilled, experienced and highly qualified registered manager, you will oversee the day to day running of this GOOD rated CQC service which specialises in the delivery of person centred care and support for older adults with dementia.
You will oversee all requirements including, shift management, care and support planning, medication, liaising with external agencies and maintaining a service which promotes choice, dignity and independence.
You will be required to share the on call responsibilities and oversee complete running of the home in the absence of the manager.
This is the ideal opportunity for someone with a "can do" attitude and who really wants to make a difference to the lives of the people they support.
To be considered for this EXCEPTIONAL role, you must:
* Hold the LEVEL 3 IN HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE
* demonstrate extensive experience within ELDERLY AND DEMENTIA CARE SETTINGS
* Have significant experience within a SENIOR CARER/UNIT MANAGER/TEAM LEADER capacity
* Be flexible to share the on call rota
