Job Description

Deputy Care Home Manager - £11.77 per hour - 40 hours per week

Malvern View is a residential and supported living based in Worcestershire, providing support for people with Learning Difficulties/Physical Disabilities. The residential home supports up to 10 adults, offering a variety of supportive pathways, personalised to suit each person's specific needs. We are focused on the strengths, interests and dreams of each person we support.

We are looking for a Deputy Manger who has:

Broad experience of managing people, service and quality within a residential Learning Difficulties setting
Must have NVQ / QCF in Health and Social Care Level 3 or above and be willing to work towards Level 4
A high level of personal integrity towards providing a high standard of service
Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice
A good understanding of commercial principles and practices
